This Shipping & Delivery Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made on avitamo.in ("Website"), owned and operated by AVITAMO SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
1. Service Area
We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India. Serviceability is verified at the time of checkout — if a PIN code is not deliverable, you will be notified before order placement.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed on the Cart page and the Checkout page before you confirm your order. The final amount payable (inclusive of product price, applicable taxes, and shipping charges) is shown at checkout.

4. Order Processing
Once your order is placed and confirmed, the processing timeline is as follows:
- Order Confirmation: Immediately after successful checkout. For UPI payments, confirmation is sent only after payment is verified.
- Order Processing & Dispatch: Within 1–2 business days from confirmation.
- Tracking Information: A tracking link is shared via email once the order is dispatched.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing begins immediately after order placement. For UPI/online orders, processing begins only after payment has been successfully received and verified.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details. You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Track Order page and entering your order number.
If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@avitamo.in.
6. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- UPI (Unified Payments Interface): Pay securely using any UPI-enabled app such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or your bank's UPI app.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash at the time of delivery. Please keep the exact change ready.
7. Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery
Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your order up to 2–3 times. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
In such cases:
- For prepaid (UPI) orders, a refund will be initiated as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- For COD orders, no charges will apply and the order will be cancelled.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or process a refund based on product availability.

9. PIN Code Verification
At the time of checkout, you are required to select your state and enter a valid 6-digit PIN code. Our system validates that the PIN code belongs to the selected state. Orders can only be placed for valid, serviceable PIN code and state combinations.
10. Delays Beyond Our Control
While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to reasons including but not limited to:
- Courier partner operational disruptions
- Natural disasters, floods, or extreme weather conditions
- Government restrictions or lockdowns
- Public holidays or regional festivals
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
We are not liable for delays arising from such circumstances but will keep you informed to the best of our ability.
11. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
