Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear and transparent guidelines for order cancellations, refund eligibility, and processing timelines.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made on avitamo.in ("Website"), owned and operated by AVITAMO SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Cancellation

Non-Refundable Scenarios: Refunds will not be provided in the following cases: products altered or damaged by the customer after delivery, orders where the customer provided an incorrect address leading to non-delivery, change-of-mind requests after the order has been dispatched, and items that show signs of use or removal of tags/labels.

Important: Refund timelines are measured in business days (excluding Sundays and national public holidays). Actual credit to your bank account may take additional time depending on your bank or UPI app. Avitamo is not responsible for delays caused by banking infrastructure.

In cases where a product is received damaged or defective, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability. If the product is no longer available, a full refund will be processed. Replacement eligibility is determined after reviewing the evidence (photographs) provided by you.

If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate your complaint to the Grievance Officer listed above in accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

9. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
